The location was perfect, less than 1km from the sanctuary. The car parking is a plus, we left the car and did everything on foot! The restaurant next door is a good choice for people arriving at dinner time. We didn’t have to walk or look that much after a long day and prices are reasonable. Staff is always helpful

Standard neat hotel. Cleaned every day, changed towels and added soap products. There are two glasses. The mattress is old but tolerable. No air conditioning but it was cool at night so didn't need it. There is a battery and warm blankets. There was also a terrace in the room. Normal TV with a good set of channels. There is also free parking.

Staff are all friendly and can communicate well. Location is a good walk to the center and eateries. They also offer storage room for your bags while waiting for your check in /out time.

Good location. Carla at the reception was very friendly. The room we had was comfortable and very clean.

well located. the receptionist Katia was very friendly and helped us a lot during our visit. we couldn’t find a taxi to the bus station and she offered and drives us to the station in her personal car. An angel!!!

Although it has only 2 starts, the hotel were well cleaned and the facilities made me feel confortable.

Stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Fatima in the future. Clean room and washroom. Bed comfortable and clean. Hotel and room smelled good as it was a non-smoking facility. Quiet area. Friendly staff. We were able to leave our bags after check out. Perfect location, a few minutes walk from the Sanctuary and many gift shops nearby.
